The Management Teams of the Müller-Guttenbrunn Groups companies in Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria gathered in Austria early September to exchange views and experiences. One of the highlights of this gathering was without any doubt the “Archery Exercise”.
The team was re-shovelled into some 5 multi-lingual and multi-national teams. We were all trained on the safe and proper handling of the arches and after the training the teams were distributed over a track of some 12 targets. The teams were asked to hit the model animals as frequent as possible within the team. It soon became clear that target orientation is a strong asset of the Müller-Guttenbrunn team. Working together in reaching the targets proved to be the best approach and teams were pleased with the many shot bears and skinned cats.
Working together also showed to bring a lot of fun…….
